Diamond GM respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to valid takedown notices.
Filing a notice
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Designated agent
Send notices via the Contact page with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Notices that do not substantially comply with the requirements above may not be actionable.
Counter-notice & repeat infringers
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
