Diamond GM ("we", "us") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, and authentication tokens, stored via our auth provider (Supabase).
• User content: rosters you publish, forum posts, and comments. This content is public.
• Device / usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and approximate location (from IP). Collected via server logs and analytics.
• Local storage: unpublished armchair-GM saves, lineup selections, and UI preferences kept in your browser.
• Payment data: if you subscribe to Premium, our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) handles card details. We never see or store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

• Operate and secure the Site (authentication, abuse prevention).
• Display your published content in the community forum.
• Provide and bill for Premium features.
• Measure aggregate traffic and improve the product.
• Serve and measure advertising (see Advertising below).
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

We process personal data under one or more of: performance of a contract (providing the Site and Premium), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), consent (advertising cookies where required), and legal obligations.

See our Cookie Policy for details. In short: we use essential cookies for sign-in, functional storage for saves, and third-party cookies for advertising through Google AdSense.

5. Advertising

Diamond GM displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies at aboutads.info.

Premium subscribers do not see ads.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, ad serving) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data retention

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account or specific published content at any time by contacting us; some information may be retained where required by law or for security/audit purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA/UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page. California residents: we do not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
