1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Diamond GM ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of rosters, comments, and other content you publish. By publishing content, you grant Diamond GM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store it in connection with operating the Site. You are solely responsible for content you post. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, infringing, or spam.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not scrape, resell, or systematically extract data from the Site; interfere with the Site's operation; attempt to bypass security; or use the Site to violate any law. We may remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.
5. Premium Subscriptions
Optional premium features may be offered on a recurring subscription (e.g., $4.99/month). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change with notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site's code, design, and original text are owned by Diamond GM. Team names, logos, and player likenesses are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary. Diamond GM is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, or any MLB club.
7. Third-Party Data
Statistics, payroll, contract, and prospect information are aggregated from public third-party sources including the MLB Stats API, MLB Pipeline, and Spotrac. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond GM and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, or $50, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Diamond GM harmless from any claims arising out of your content or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Site's operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
